The term ‘ Lenta Building Materia ‘ or ‘us’ or ‘we’ refers to the owner of the website. The term ‘you’ refers to the advertiser/supplier/brand/trade/user or viewer of our website.

  • A twelve-month warranty is given with respect to all goods purchased as and from the date of purchase. Conditions do, however, apply to product returns. In this respect, you agree to abide with the return policies of the Company set out in clause 4.10 hereof.
  • Except as provided in these conditions, all express and implied warranties, guarantees and conditions under statute or general law as to merchantability, description, quality, suitability or fitness of the goods for any purpose are expressly excluded. The Company is not liable for physical or financial injury, loss or damage or for consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of the supply of the goods or arising out of the Company’s negligence or in any way whatsoever.
  • You warrant that you are over the age of 18 years and may otherwise lawfully conclude a contract with the Company.
  • The Company’s liability for a breach of a condition or warranty implied by Div 2 of Pt V of the Trade Practices Act 1974 (other than s 69) is limited to any one or more of the following:
  • The replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods;
  • The payment of the cost of replacing the goods or of acquiring equivalent goods;
  • The Company’s liability under s 74H of the Trade Practices Act 1974 is expressly limited to a liability to pay to the purchaser an amount equal to –
  • The cost of replacing the goods;
  • The cost of obtaining equivalent goods.
  • Shipment Delivery and Availability
  • The Company can only ship to your address in Australia. The Company cannot ship outside of Australia, or to Post Office Boxes.
  • The Company may deliver products in instalments. Any delivery or shipment date provided is a good faith estimate. You acknowledge that product availability may be limited, and particular products may not be available for immediate delivery. The Company will not be liable for any loss, damage or expense related to any delay in shipment or delivery.

 


 

GENERAL INFORMATION

• When installing this product, the pipes must be flushed clean where the product is being installed.
• The water pressure must be tested. Where the water pressure exceeds 500Kpa. an approved pressure reducing valve must be fitted.
• Always fit isolating taps to the hot and cold inlet connections in accordance with national plumbing code AS3500.
• Ensure the hoses are not twisted or stretched, are not under tension and are not bent to a radius less than 25mm when being installed.
• If the water temperature exceeds 80℃ an approved water tempering valve must be fitted.

Failure to comply with all of the above instructions will void all warranties.


 

INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS

1. Ensure all pipes and hoses have been flushed.
2. Fit the flexible inlet hoses. Ensure that the blue braided hose is connected to the right-hand side of the tap and
the red braided hose is connected to the left.
3. Position hoses through the hole in the surface.
4. Place horseshoe fixing clamp and washer to the underside of the surface.
5. Fit threaded studs through the clamp to the tap body and tighten firmly.
6. Connect the hoses to the isolating stop taps or similar valves (if previously fitted).
7. Turn on isolating stop taps and check for leaks.

Please note: this product is to be installed by a qualified plumber. To make a warranty claim, the details of the installer must be provided.


 

WARRANTY INFORMATION

Ceramic Cartridge carries a 10 Year Replacement Warranty
Parts carry a 12-month Warranty.
Lenta Building Material assures the purchaser of the product that it is free from faulty workmanship and materials.
The warranty will only apply if this product is used for its intended purpose.
Lenta Building Material offers this warranty separately from any warranties implied under the Trade Practices Act.
This product replacement warranty does not seek to limit any rights that a consumer may exercise under the Trade
Practices Act or complimentary state-based legislation.

The warranty will not apply if:
• The product has been damaged through misuse, neglect accident;
• The product has not been used in accordance with any applicable instruction guide;
• The purchaser has attempted to modify of repair the product;
• The product is not installed by a Registered Plumber.
